Shipping Information:
Most items will ship within 1 or 2 business days. Atlantic Models will take 4-6 weeks to process, as they build them just for you at the time your order is placed. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified right away, and will be updated as to when we expect to ship.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We do our best to package our products so they arrive safely, but accidents do happen. If your item arrives broken or damaged from shipping, we will send a call tag to retrieve it if it is repairable, and will repair or replace your order as quickly as possible. We must be notified of shipping damage within 30 days to be able to file a claim with the shipping company.
Generally, your money will not be refunded while we fix your order, but we will work as quickly as possible to get it to you.
